Applying 30 years of business, government, and nonprofit experience, I work with business owners and nonprofit boards to improve their outcomes whether it's developing a strategy to implement their goals, putting into place better systems and processes, or administratively managing the day-to-day operations of their business. 

My career began in associations where my advocacy skills were developed in state and then federal legislative policymaking.  I became a small business owner, building and growing a business for twelve years before selling it.  Since then, I have served as CEO and Interim CEO of Chambers of Commerce, as an Administrative Manager and Interim Executive Director for nonprofits, as a Fractional CEO, and in various other roles for small businesses. From the diversity of my experience, I have gained insights and a wealth of knowledge that can help you make your business thrive.

Philosophy: I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose, and always striving for significant outcomes. When you work with me, expect to accomplish projects and tasks through collaboration, professionalism, transparency, and consistency.

I have managed systems integration projects, reorganization, and clean-up projects.  My marketing background can help assess and determine your marketing needs, manage the process to develop your brand, create, and implement your marketing and sales strategies.
